Anyone with a disability or long-term health condition can either refer themselves to Into Work – or give their consent to be referred by a third party – by using the form below.  This form should be used by people who live in Edinburgh or Midlothian.  There is a different process for East Lothian residents, please contact us for details.

    • I am aged 16 or upwards
    • I have a disability or health condition
    • I am seeking employment in Edinburgh or Midlothian
    • I am motivated to gain paid employment
    • I live in Edinburgh or Midlothian
    • I am able to self-travel or have my own travel arrangements
    • I give my consent to the referral
  • 5. Paid employment

    If a waiting list develops priority is given to those seeking employment of 16 hours or more per week, in line with the Scottish Government Framework for Supported Employment.

Into Work is funded to support disabled people find and keep employment. In Edinburgh, we work in partnership with other local charities as part of the All in Edinburgh project with funding from the City of Edinburgh Council and the European Social Fund. In Midlothian, funding comes from Midlothian Council. In East Lothian, we work in partnership with East Lothian Council’s East Lothian Works service.
