This is an exciting new role taking the lead in the development and delivery of our supported employment services aimed at young disabled people, including leading the co-ordination and delivery of our Edinburgh based Inclusion Works! project 2022-2023.
You will have responsibility for developing a programme of 1:1 and group support to young disabled people and identifying future service continuation and development opportunities for our young peoples’ offer.
This is a varied role which will require the post-holder to be flexible and work across various community settings engaging with young people and partners.
The post follows the successful pilot of our “Inclusion Works!” Youth Guarantee programme earlier this year.
