The Employers' Forum on Disability is the employers' organisation focused on the issue of disability in the workplace. It is funded and managed by employers. Lothian Employers' Network on Disability

LEND is a network of local employers who aim to:

• Promote equal opportunities and good practice in the recruitment and employment of people with disabilities.



• Facilitate dialogue and the exchange of information between members of the network and with other relevant disability services, representative organisations and statutory agencies.



• Provide a central source of information and learning on good practice, services and resources available to employer organisations seeking to recruit, develop and retain employees with disabilities.
